The core team (Valerie Clements, Dominique Lemieux, Benoit Cazabon, Brigid Brady, Suzanne Nault and Judy Size-Cazabon) are certified executive coaches who are the key providers of the services we offer. The extended team includes people we work with regularly to support our client needs. Mark Laham and Elizabeth Eaton provide valuable support for the somatic (body-related) aspects of coaching issues and contribute to workshop experiences that move clients from intellectual understanding to embodiment. Elizabeth also supports the analysis and drafting of Career Development Profiles and 360 Reviews. Avrim Lazar, a recognized senior leader on the Canadian corporate scene, with advanced studies in psycho-pedagogy, contributes meaningful practical content for leadership workshops. |
