While participating in peer coaching groups that consist of six to eight people, supported by a coach, you will learn from your own experience and the experience of others. You will be invited to:
Schedule monthly or bi-monthly day-long meetings – the time you need to step back from your day-to-day pressures and reflect on what is really important;
Bring a topic to the group on which you commit to take action;
More intensively explore your topic through guided group questioning;
Experience a deepening awareness of yourself and your topic;
Feel the excitement as you explore new ideas for possible effective action;
Strengthen your intention to undertake action;
Participate in powerful learning as you and your colleagues achieve goals and become coaches to each other.
