Benoit’s primary passion is people : their motivations, well-being, and the milieu that values their contributions. He is most fulfilled in coaching individuals toward personal and professional growth. This is the culmination of his own life journey, first as a specialist in literature, the expression of human depth; and then as a linguist with an equal passion for understanding human communication which underpins the growth and vitality of cultural communities. What good communication practices make it possible for us to work together? Why is it that we listen but do not understand each other? What conditions need to be created in order to succeed at negotiation? This search led him to the study of philosophy and the deepest human questions: Who am I? Why am I here? What am I doing? Benoit discovered that these are the questions his clients are asking. Each one of us is a whole person, living our life, according to what matters to us as humans. How can we be more conscious of who we are, thus more true to ourselves in our human endeavour? This is the approach that guides Benoit’s coaching.
He is fluent in French and English.
