As an Affiliate of Exco², Brigid offers executive coaching services in Toronto. She is a professionally certified integral coach™ receiving her certification at the Mastery level from Integral Coaching Canada. For the past 6 years she has supported professionals in the private and public sectors in reaching their professional and personal development goals. She has led teams and developed the competencies of others during her 28 years of experience at the Bank of Canada. Brigid has a powerful ability to motivate change in others with her compassionate understanding reinforced by her sound business knowledge and training as an economist. In her coaching practice, Brigid works with groups and individuals. She contributed to the training of coaches in courses taught by Integral Coaching Canada Inc. in 2005-06. She conducts live coaching demonstrations for group development and works with Action Learning/Peer Coaching groups. She supported executives enrolled in the University of Ottawa’s Graduate Certificate Program in Public Management and Governance through coaching and action learning. She is also a professional singer who brings the joyful aspects of her performance art to her coaching approach.

Brigid received an M.A. in Economics from Queen's University and a BA (Economics and English) from the University of Guelph. Her academic background also includes Master’s training in Counselling Psychology at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE). She is bilingual (French, English).
