ExCo²- Leadership Development Workshops

We create our leadership development workshops with the unique characteristics of your group in mind. We listen to develop a clear understanding of what you are seeking to achieve in your workshop before we suggest content and process that is likely to be successful.

Our workshops, which can be delivered in time slots from one and a half hours to several days, include three key ingredients:

knowledge content to bring new and useful ideas from the best of human and leadership development research;

self-reflection opportunities that enable participants to make theoretical possibilities personally relevant;

practice opportunities to enable embodiment of new approaches; that is, making it real in real life.

We believe that powerful learning experiences involve the head, heart, body and spirit and we often involve our extended team members (Avrim Lazar, Mark Laham, Elizabeth Eaton ) in creating an exciting experience that will enliven and enlighten your group.
