Suzanne Nault combines 18 years of experience in counseling, management and strategic planning with 12 years of executive coaching and leadership development. Suzanne is a highly sought-after coach, change leader, facilitator, educator, and speaker. She is known for her centered presence, innovative insight, business acumen and her ability to quickly create a safe environment for clients to step out of their comfort zone.

In 1997, Suzanne left the public sector to bring her passion for growth to executive coaching and leadership development in the public and private sectors. Suzanne has worked in partnership with government organizations and Fortune 500 companies in Canada and around the world in various sectors such as the pharmaceutical and health sectors, the financial sector, the energy sector and the education sector. As an integral coach, Suzanne supports her clients in bringing about meaningful and lasting change in their organizations, in their careers, and in their lives.

In addition to coaching executives and managers, Suzanne has supported the training of coaches enrolled in the professional certification program at Integral Coaching Canada (ICC) from 2004-2006 through mentoring and coaching. She is currently supporting the training of professional coaches with New Ventures West, California.

Suzanne is certified Integral Coach from New Ventures West (2002), the International Coach Federation (PCC) and is a licensed psychologist with Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (1979). Her academic background includes an M.A. (Clinical Psychology, University of Ottawa), a B.A. (Psychology, University of Ottawa), and a quality improvement facilitator certification (Juran Institute). Suzanne is fluently bilingual in English and French.
